NewPlast Company produces one-layer hoses, as well as three-layer hoses armored with thread (Pic. 1). They are intended for application as flexible pipelines at the temperature of – 100C up to + 600C and maximal working pressure up to 15 bar.
Pic. 1
The hoses are made from food polymer, and shock-resistant textile thread is used for armoring. Technical measure of NewPlast hoses completely correspond to the requirements of ISO 6224 and ISO 8029, on the basis of which ТУ 39057507. -2007 was generated.
- Minimal bending radius 8d (inside diameter)
- Top (collapse) pressure at 200C, bar 12 bar
- Relative extension at stretching 250 (%)
- Length modification under the influence of testing pressure not more than 8%
NewPlast armored hoses are widely used as watering or garden hoses.
Armored hoses are irreplaceable for swapping water, various food and inedible mixtures and liquids, chemicals, transportation of bulk materials through hoses, chip, waste products, various gases, steam, dust, air, for water supply in gardening and floriculture.
Free application is recommended for:
· cold ethyl alcohol
· fluid amoniak
· beer
· sulfuric acid
· butan gas
· vinegar, glycol
· liquor
· milk
· ozone
· hydrochlorid acid
· wine
· wparkling water
· sea water.
Armored hoses are manufactured in three types:
- both layers transparent
- top layer transparent, lower layer black
- both top and lower layers not transparent, colour.
Hose colour is decided by the customer.
The hoses are produced in hanks of up to 100m.

Hoses are made in various constructive-technological varieties, and of different types and sizes, this allowing to successfully solve many technical problems in construction and exploitation processes. Hoses are widely applied all over the world in many branches, such as oil, oil reprocessing, chemical, pharmaceutical, food, woodworking, sea, in transportation, in geology and geological prospecting, in various building, communal services, construction lines of machines, machine-tools, units and so on.
Transportation and Storage
Hoses must be stored in buildings at the temperature range of – 200C up to + 500C, at a minimal distance of 1m from heat emitting devices, near running radio-electronic and other equipments that emit ozone, as well as artificial light sources that emit ultraviolet beams. Hoses should not undergo the impact of substances that destroy polyvinylchloride and thread layer.
