NewPlast Company offers you pressure pipes from polyethylene of low pressure and high durability intended for pipelines of water transportation, including economic-drinking water supply, at the temperature range from 0 up to 400C, as well as other liquid and gas substances against which polyethylene is chemically resistant, and also for underground gas pipelines transporting flammable gases and for gas pipelines intended for raw material and fuel for industrial and communal-domestic usage.
The pipes are made from PE 100 polyethylene of low pressure and high durability, by means of uninterrupted auger extrusion.
NewPlast Company offers you pressure pipes from polyethylene of the following types:
· SRD 17,6 pipes from PE 100 polyethylene – for maximal working pressure up to 1.0 Mpa (10 bar) at 20°C;
· SRD 11 pipes from PE 100 polyethylene – for maximal working pressure up to 1.6 Mpa (16 bar) at 20°C;
· SRD 7,4 pipes from PE 100 polyethylene – for maximal working pressure up to 2.5 Mpa (25 bar) at 20°C.
The pipes are produced with a blue marking line, and the pipes intended for gas pipelines have got a yellow marking line.
Standards
NewPlast pressure pipes are manufactured in accordance with the requirements of ISO R 18599-2001 and ISO R 52134-2003.
Pressure pipes from polyethylene are characterized by:
· water frozen in the polyethylene pipe will not damage it;· subsidence of the house to which the pipeline is connected, will cause distraction of metal pipes, whereas polyethylene pipes are able to stretch up to 7% without losing their properties;
· they are easy in service (polyethylene pipes are easily replaced);
· polyethylene pressure pipes are not in the category of dangerous cargos.
· polyethylene pipes do not need repair work;
· polyethylene pipes possess high level of resistance against hydraulic shocks in case of normal consolidation of the earth. The increase of its length on 10% does not affect its durability.

Package
The pipes are produced in direct pieces from 4 to 6 m (in coordination with the customer) and in hanks up to 1200 m. When packing the pipes into hanks, the pipe edges must be tightly fastened, and the hanks are pinned in not less than four points.
The pipes produced in direct pieces, are tied into packages fastening them in not less than two points so that the distance between the fastening points is from 2 to 2.5 m.
Fittings
Pipe connection may be realized with the help of fittings of the following types:
-
welding,
-
compression (screw with elastic fastening).
NewPlast polyethylene welding fittings are the safest and most reliable connecting fittings for gas, water and other pipes.
Welding fittings are connection devices of black colour intended for the connection of PE 80 and PE 100 pipes. They allow establishing absolutely strong homogeneous connection. Welding process does not demand much time and consists of only three actions: cutting, heating, connecting. And the reliability of welding elements is quite high as compared to other types of connection.
Polypropylene (PP) compression fittings are applied in pressure pipeline systems and systems of liquid distribution.
Compression fittings from PP are widely applied for connecting both polymer pipes to each other and pipes of various diameters, as well as for connecting polyethylene pipes to pipes of some other material. For instance, when replacing a worn-out particle of steel pipeline by a polyethylene pipe.
These fittings give a chance to easily redesign and carry out all the necessary changes in previously installed equipment, for example, changing filters, adding manometers, flowmeters and other tools and devices for control and management, shift the position of various cocks under the necessary angle. Transitive clutches allow very quick and effective transition and modification of both newly installed and already existing pipeline systems.
